WHAT QUESTIONS SHOULD YOU ASK DURING A CONSULTATION?

We know that remodeling your home or prepping for any construction process can be stressful. To prepare you for it all, we have compiled a shortlist of questions to ask during the free consultation. Ask your project manager questions like how do I avoid a change in the order? How will my project be managed? What does the payment process look like? How can I avoid delays in my project? Is the license holder involved in my project?

WHY DOES MY SPOUSE NEED TO ATTEND THE FIRST MEETING?

We would love to accommodate all the ideas and thoughts of the decision-makers. Every decision made impacts the entire process, so to increase efficiency and avoid a change in the orders, we suggest your spouse accompany you for our first meeting. Our consultation typically lasts for 1-3hours, and by having both the parties at the site, you can maximize the time by getting all answers to your questions and mutually agree to the process.

WHY IS IT ESSENTIAL TO CREATE A DRAFT?

A draft is a sketch that acts as a blueprint and is custom-designed for you. It helps in receiving the permit from the city smoothly. To increase transparency and avoid any change in the order, we create a draft to show you what the results will be at the end of the process.

WHAT IS THE TYPICAL PROCESS FOR RECEIVING A PERMIT?

Every house remodeling or renovating project needs a permit from the bureaucratic department of the city. As a part of our unique process, we will take care of the necessary permits for you.

HOW TO PROTECT YOUR HOME DURING CONSTRUCTION?

We make sure to eliminate the risk of any damage occurring to your property by containing the area in which we work and not affecting your home's other regions.

HOW LONG DOES A PROJECT TAKE TO COMPLETE?

It depends on the scope of work. Each project varies, and so does its period. Typically, a project may take from two weeks to three months to finish, but we ensure the utmost accuracy and efficiency in our work.

WHO DO I TALK TO IF PROBLEMS COME UP DURING CONSTRUCTION?

We have your back through the entire experience from design to materials purchasing, all the way to completion of construction. You will be appointed a dedicated project manager to work with and manage your project end-to-end.

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK AND HOW MUCH IS THE DOWN PAYMENT?

We take 10% or $1,000 (whichever is lower) deposit to start your project. We then bill you for our project services after completion of each phase of the project. The last payment is made after the completion of the project.
